NB : Vedhæftede filer, der hedder .com til efternavn er ALTID
virus (nyhedsbrev).
De gratis programmer er ikke 100 % sikre (det er der
næppe noget der er), men vil sandsynligvis opdage en af de almindelige
virus/orme. I et par af ovenstående tilfælde skal man bare vente på, at
f.eks. virus112.dk ser ens PC igennem, i andre tilfælde skal man
downloade et program :
1. klik (enkeltklik) på det angivne sted
2. fortæl hvor programmet skal gemmes ( og
husk det !)
3. find den downloadede fil igen på PC'en og dobbeltklik
på den for at installere programmet. Følg de
givne anvisninger.
4. Man skal altid sørge for at genstarte computeren efter
virus-fjernelse for at være sikker på, at
ændringerne er gennemført.
5. og installér så et antivirusprogram ! og sørg for at
holde det opdateret.( se f.eks.
sikkerhed.tdconline.dk/) eller www.mcafee.dk
6. Det er også en god
idé at downloade sikkerhedsopdateringer til ens Windows-version og Outlook
Express (hvis man bruger dette program), samt til den version af Microsoft
Office (Word) man anvender.

IRAQ WAR VIRUS
A new virus, W32/Ganda.A-mm, has emerged from Sweden during the opening
stages of the Iraq War. The message "Here's the screensaver I told you about. It
contains pictures taken by one of the US spy satellites during one of its
missions over Iraq. If you want more of these pic's you know where you can find
me. Bye!" The Ganda.A worm uses its own SMTP email engine and appears to gather
email addresses from the recipients' Microsoft Outlook address book. Further
